Match

Make the smart pairing, with confidence.

Match compares animals for compatibility, relationship, and planning, and ranks the options for you. Every comparison runs on real genetics, and only the modes a species can scientifically support.

Match modes

Compare two animals, or a whole group.

Match runs on released facts, with each mode marked honestly as live today or on the roadmap. Species-specific marker sets decide which modes apply.

Live

Compatibility

Score a proposed pairing on recessive risk and diversity, with hard filters that rule out unsafe matches.

Live

Mate planning

Rank candidate mates across a group and run reverse match to find suitable partners for a given animal.

Live

Inbreeding & diversity

Offspring inbreeding coefficient (COI) and genetic-diversity scoring to keep a population healthy.

Roadmap

Similarity

Compare animals on shared markers to surface look-alike or closely-typed candidates.

Roadmap

Relationship

Genotype-based kinship that places pairs in a degree of relationship and detects newly related animals.

Roadmap

Identity & integrity

Duplicate and sample-mix-up detection, plus pedigree-versus-genetics conflict checks.

Capability-driven

Only the comparisons the science supports.

Match is a capability-driven engine. A species enables a mode only when its available markers, panels, and interpretation rules support it, so you never get a confident-looking score the data can't back.

Marker-aware

Each mode is gated to species-specific marker sets, so comparisons are scientifically valid rather than forced.

Interpretation-version aware

Match knows which interpretation version produced a fact, so comparisons stay reproducible as the science improves.

Batch or on demand

Run a single comparison, or batch jobs that refresh scores and discover new relationships after a release.

The boundary

Match compares. It never releases.

Match reads released data, or admin-authorized internal data when the actor has permission. It never releases a lab result on its own, and it never exposes unreleased values to customers or partners.

That keeps the comparison engine downstream of the governed pipeline: it consumes facts, it doesn't create them, and every result it returns respects the same permissions and consent as the rest of the platform.

Bring your panels and we'll show you which comparison modes light up.
