Bring the reports you already paid for.

Upload old DNA results, health clearances, pedigrees, and registry documents directly into a client account. Your source file stays attached to the proposed facts, and the product asks for confirmation when identity or wording is uncertain.

Is report rescue included in client accounts?
Yes. Client Free and Client Pro both let you upload existing DNA reports, health clearances, pedigrees, and registry documents. AnimalTrace extracts proposed facts and asks you to confirm anything uncertain before it becomes part of the animal record. Client Free includes 10 one-time starter pages; Client Pro includes 50 pages each month and adds more capacity, monitoring, Passport issuance, and advanced decision tools.
What happens if I cancel Client Pro?
Your records remain readable. Premium intelligence and issuance features return to their Free access state, and you cannot add more animals while the account remains above the Free animal limit. AnimalTrace does not delete an animal history simply because a subscription ends.
Is verification paid?
No. A recipient can verify an issued proof without paying. Client Pro is required to issue new signed, audience-scoped Animal Passports.
Are usage overages automatic?
No. Paid extraction overages are opt-in and protected by a spend cap. Client Pro also supports prepaid AI credit packs and animal slot packs for occasional extra capacity.
How are organizations priced?
Registry, breeder-program, and laboratory deployments begin with a workflow review. Scope and pricing depend on the workflow, team, volume, integrations, and operating requirements. We do not publish an organization tier until its purchase and delivery path is ready.
